The woven, after many years of accurate researches, is of high quality and it is resistant to the atmospheric agents. The nautical polyester is a knitted fabric and for this reason is resistant and it is recommended for the external use, because it is waterproof and it does not make the flag heavy.
The flag is digitally printed and it creates an effect which reflects the frontal image on the reverse side.
The package has a double neckline, a tape and a cable for an easy assembly.
From 1625 it is used as National and civil flag of the country. It is called also “Dannebrog” which means Danish Rag. It is red with a white cross, which is shifted to the hoist side.
The cross was adopted from other nations like Sweden, Norway, Finland and Island.
Denmark is the oldest reign of Europe. It hails to the X century. The current sovereign rules depending on the 1953 Constitution.
Denmark has also got the oldest flag.
It is narrated that a bloody-red flag with a white cross appeared to the King Veldemar II in 1219, during the conquest of Estony, as a signal from the sky, but the banner probably was a Pope’s gift to the Crusades.
Originally the flag was squared, but it was lengthended and the left armo f the cross was extended.
